Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to know about information collected, disclosed or sold, the right to opt out of the sale of certain information, and a limited right to have businesses delete information collected about the consumer. These rights extend only to California residents and information covered by the CCPA. Because the CCPA does not cover all consumer data in all situations, only certain consumer data is subject to these rights. This notice supplements information located in the Panorama Mortgage Group, LLC (“PMG” or “the Company”) Privacy Policy with respect to California residents (www.panoramamortgagegroup.com/privacy-policy). Any terms used in this notice that are not defined in the notice itself have the same definition as used in the CCPA.
“Personal Information” for purposes of this notice means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information collected in relation to a mortgage loan by the Company is also governed under the Gramm Leach Bliley Privacy Act (“GLBA”). The GLBA gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing of Personal Information, and also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your Personal Information. Therefore, only Personal Information collected outside of the mortgage loan submission, application and approval process (such as Personal Information collected through marketing efforts via use of the Company branded website(s)) (“Covered Information”) allows a California resident the right to the following:
As previously mentioned, not all Personal Information collected by the Company, as listed below, is subject to the CCPA. The Company does not sell your Personal Information. The Company does not knowingly sell the Personal Information of any minors (those under the age of 16).
We may have collected the following categories of Personal Information from California residents within the last 12 months:

** While the Company does not sell Personal Information, the Company may share data for Business Purposes (described in more detail below) and with the Company’s Affiliates: Vantage Point Title, Inc. (“Vantage Title”); Vantage Point Escrow, Inc. (“Vantage Escrow”); Reliant Title USA, LLC (“Reliant Title USA”); and Reliant Title Agency, LLC (“Reliant Title Agency”). This sharing is done in accordance with federal law and the GLBA.

PMG may disclose your Personal Information to a third party for a Business Purpose. When PMG discloses Personal Information for a Business Purpose, we enter into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
Business Purpose is defined under the CCPA as “the use of Personal Information for the business’s or a service provider’s operational purposes, or other notified purposes, provided that the use of Personal Information shall be reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the operational purpose for which the Personal Information was collected or processed or for another operational purpose that is compatible with the context in which the Personal Information was collected.”

The Company does not sell your Personal Information and therefore there is no right to opt out of the sale of such information.
California residents can contact the Company to make a verifiable consumer request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months.
California residents can also contact the Company to make a verifiable consumer request for the deletion of Personal Information that we collected from you and retain, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Covered Information from our records, unless an exception applies.

The request will only be processed if the identity is verified based on the unique information requested and provided correctly. If the Company cannot verify identity, we will contact you for further information. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
We will acknowledge your verifiable consumer request within 10 business days of receipt. We will formally respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 calendar days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
