‍‍Panorama Mortgage Group, LLC (“we”, “us”, “PMG” or “the Company”) d/b/a Alterra Home Loans, Legacy Home Loans, Lone Peak Lending and Vision Mortgage Group operates goalterra.com, myhomelegacy.com,lonepeaklending.com and visionmortgagegroup.com websites and related mobile applications and engages in the solicitation, origination, servicing, and sale of mortgage loans (hereinafter referred to as “PMG Services”).

This Privacy Policy is meant to provide you with information regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personally identifiable information(“Personal Information”) when you use PMG Services and the choices you have associated with your Personal Information. We use your Personal Information to provide and improve PMG Services, and we do not sell or rent it to other companies. Children's Privacy

Because of the financial nature of our business, our websites are not designed for use by children under the age of 13 and those not of legal age to contract. Therefore, the company does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children. Additionally, the company does not have services available for those younger than the legal age to contract and as such does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from those under the age of 16. We do not track your Personal Information over time and across third-party websites and, therefore, this requirement does not apply to us.
